Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the EAZLIV platform.

Thank you for choosing EAZLIV, a mobile platform operated by EAZLIV LLC that connects customers with home-service professionals ("Providers") such as electricians, plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, and other skilled tradespeople. By accessing or using the EAZLIV application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Your continued use following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

EAZLIV is a technology marketplace that connects customers seeking home services with independent service providers. EAZLIV does not itself provide any home services, employ service providers, or act as a contractor. We facilitate the connection between parties and provide tools for booking, communication, and dispute resolution. All services are performed by independent providers who operate their own businesses.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

Customers

  • Provide accurate descriptions of the service needed, including photos and location details.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
  • Treat providers with respect and professionalism.

Providers

  • Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for your trade.
  • Perform services professionally, safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Respond to booking requests within the designated time window.

5. Booking & Service Flow

Customers create service requests describing their needs. EAZLIV's matching algorithm identifies and notifies nearby available providers. Providers may accept or decline requests based on their availability and expertise. Once a provider submits an estimate and the customer accepts, both parties enter into a Service Engagement Agreement. The provider then travels to the customer's location and performs the service. All payments are made directly in cash between the customer and the provider. EAZLIV does not process, hold, or manage any payments.

6. Provider Verification & Trust Badges

Providers may undergo identity verification, background checks, and skills assessments. Providers who complete these steps and maintain high ratings may earn visible trust badges displayed on their profiles. Trust badges are informational indicators and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement by EAZLIV of any provider's work quality or reliability. Customers should exercise their own judgment when selecting a provider.

7. Digital Agreements & Electronic Consent

Before service work begins, both the customer and provider accept a digital Service Engagement Agreement within the Platform that outlines the scope of work, agreed pricing, and key terms. By tapping "Accept" or similar affirmative action within the Platform, you provide your electronic consent, which constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). A PDF copy of each agreement is available for download within the App.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of EAZLIV LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload (photos, reviews, descriptions) but grant EAZLIV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

9. EZeels Photo Reels

EZeels is a feature that allows providers to showcase before-and-after photos from completed jobs in a swipeable, full-screen format. By uploading photos to EZeels, providers confirm they have the right to share such images and that the images do not violate any third-party rights. All EZeels content is subject to moderation by the EAZLIV team. EAZLIV reserves the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

10. Privacy Summary

EAZLIV collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Google Maps for location services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from EAZLIV, including push notifications, emails, and in-app messages related to your bookings, account status, and platform updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service-related communications.

12. Cancellation Policy

  • Before provider dispatch: Either party may cancel at no charge.
  • After provider has started traveling: The canceling party may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate the provider for time and travel costs incurred.
  • No-show by customer: If a provider arrives and the customer is unavailable without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply.
  • No-show by provider: If a provider fails to arrive, the booking is canceled. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
  • Disputes over completed work: Must be raised through the in-app dispute resolution process within 48 hours of service completion.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be addressed through EAZLIV's in-app dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST EAZLIV.

14. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EAZLIV DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROVIDERS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZLIV LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EAZLIV LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Termination

EAZLIV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the platform, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, harassment, or failure to respond to booking requests. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

18. Modifications to Terms

EAZLIV may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
